Kickstart Your Success

Accounting Software Set-up & Training
Implementing a new software doesn't have to be scary. We will recommend a program that is a great fit for you and your business and we will guide you step-by-step through setup, training, and data input. You will always have our support when it comes to questions or if you need help.
Total Tidy Up
We assess your bookkeeping situation and do what needs to be done to make it neat and tidy. When we are complete, everything will be reconciled to-date. This is great for a quick fix or even if there are years of transactions that you are questioning. Let us do the investigation and clean-up.
Data Entry
We take care of entering the day-to-day transactions that just seem so tedious. We ensure nothing gets missed so that when the time comes to reconcile - it's a breeze! **Please note we accept both hard copy or electronic receipts/files to best suit you**
Month-End Closing
We review all bookkeeping each month and wrap it all up with a pretty bow. We reconcile all accounts, create next month's budget, review financial reports (and make any necessary adjustments), and put it all together in a detailed Month-End Package.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
We make sure you have all necessary revenue and expense accounts, train you in optimizing the way you record and code bills, and improve your customer's experience when receiving invoices. We also offer AR collection services so that you can stay on top of those incoming payments!
Payroll
We ensure your payroll procedures are following the standards and are compliant. We offer guidance so that things run smoothly for both you and your employees. We also provide input and payroll processing services if required.
Ongoing Support
Keep us on standby - we love it! With this service we are available to help you with any tasks or to answer any questions - big or small - as they arise.
